The Treasure Within

The treasure within so hard to find
but if you had time you would be surprised what kind
Its not silver its not gold,
neither any of the precious stones

Topaz and diamonds cant compare, crystals and jewels are nothing near
The shine from within the sun rivals, the sparkle and gleam darkness
Of ages to come it shines brighter,
tear asunder every idle chamber

The treasure within must not be forgotten,
For it is easy to overlook in times of despair
For when all hopes and friends leave us yonder,
look within to that treasure that makes us stronger.

It was a thing of pride at The Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, Oyo State, is set to graduate 10,317 students in the first degree category and 14,349 individuals in postgraduates degrees at its 13th Convocation Ceremony which comes up on Friday April 23rd, 2016. Davido at it Again

The last may not have been heard of the ongoing feud between 23-year-old pop star, David Adeleke popularly called Davido and 28-year-old Sophie Momodu, as the latter’s cousin and publisher of the popular magazine, Ovation, Dele Momodu, Monday night fired back at Davido, explaining why they prevented the former from travelling to Dubai with Baby Imade for further medical attention. The veteran journalist also took time to response to the allegation by Davido that his niece, Sophia infected their 7-month old daughter with Cannabis, describing the allegation as ‘cruel.” He said, the initial reaction was to maintain the ceasefire but this latest attack against a defenceless lady who merely asked that she be allowed to enjoy the fruit of motherhood was the limit of recklessness and rascality.
