President Muhammadu Buhari will host his first presidential media Chat on Wednesday. A statement issued by the President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, said the media chat will be broadcast live on the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN). President Buhari, in the course of the programme, will answer questions from a panel of journalists on current national issues. The presidential media chat will begin at 7:00PM. “Other television and radio stations in the country may hook-up to NTA and FRCN to relay the programme to their viewers and listeners,” the statement added.

The man Mr Bright (surname withheld) has been apprehended by officers of Ejigbo police station for beating his wife to death. Sources say the couple, who have been married for years, were known for their constant domestic violence. The argument which led to the catastrophe was incited by feeding expenses within their home. Nollywood A-list actress and movie producer Uche Jombo Rodriguez clocked a year older on Monday, December 28 and was highly celebrated by fans, family and friends. In order to make her day a wonderful one, Uche Jombo’s husband Kenny Rodriguez threw a surprise birthday party at their residence in the United States (US), in her honor which was well attended by her loved ones and family members. Uche Jombo took to her Instagram page posted a picture from her party with the caption: “it clicks…you realize how far you have come…you smile because you are truly proud of yourself and the person you’ve fought to become #birthdaybehavior.” Thanking everyone who made her day a memorable one, Uche posted a picture of her with the caption: “thank you ALL for the LOVE…..
