Handling your stomach issues

You don’t need appetite suppressant pills to quiet down your growling stomach or fight off those afternoon munchies. Here are five natural appetite suppressants you can find in food. 1. Apples: An apple a day keeps the doctor away, and those growing waistlines too! Getting them to say yes to your marriage proposal or give you a rock isn’t very likely. They might genuinely love you and be cool with having a relationship with you, even one where they see you all...
